Items described as "gold-plated," "gold-toned," or "gold-finish" contain a base metal with a gold-coloured coating. These products are not real gold and do not carry gold purity hallmarks unless the listing explicitly states otherwise.
Silver Replica
Products described as "silver-look," "silver-toned," or similar are fashion replicas. They are not pure silver or sterling silver unless the product listing carries an explicit silver purity mention or BIS hallmark.
Black Polish Jewellery
All black polish, oxidised, or matte-finish jewellery offered by Tanushree Collection is classified as fashion jewellery. These are not precious-metal products and are priced and presented as premium fashion accessories accordingly.

Pricing & Availability
All product prices listed on our website, social media platforms, or shared via WhatsApp / Instagram are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Tanushree Collection reserves the right to revise pricing at its sole discretion.
Promotional offers, seasonal discounts, coupon codes, and special sale prices are time-limited and may be withdrawn or modified without notice. An expired offer cannot be applied retroactively to any order.
Product availability is subject to change based on stock levels. A product being visible on our pages does not guarantee its immediate availability. In rare cases of stock discrepancy after order placement, we will notify you and offer a suitable resolution.
§ 04 — Limitation of Liability
Our Liability
Allergic Reactions — Tanushree Collection is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or dermatological responses resulting from wearing our jewellery. Individuals with known metal allergies are advised to consult a dermatologist before purchase. Always keep jewellery dry and away from perfumes.
Courier Delays — Shipping and delivery are carried out by third-party logistics partners. Tanushree Collection is not liable for delays, losses, or damages that occur after the order is handed over to the courier. Transit timelines provided are estimated, not guaranteed.
Misuse or Improper Handling — The brand is not responsible for any damage, discolouration, or deterioration resulting from improper use, storage, or handling of the jewellery. This includes exposure to water, sweat, perfume, cleaning chemicals, or physical impact.
§ 05 — Claims Process
Return & Refund Reminder
Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy — An unboxing / opening video of your parcel is compulsory for raising any damage or defect claim. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Video is Mandatory — You must record a continuous, unedited video from the moment you receive the package to the point of opening. The package seal, outer packaging, and product must be clearly visible throughout.
No Video = No Claim — In the absence of an unboxing video, Tanushree Collection reserves the right to decline any return, refund, or replacement request related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items — without exception.
Time-Bound Claims — All damage or defect claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this window cannot be accepted. Please refer to our Return Policy for the complete process and eligibility criteria.

Intellectual Property
All creative assets, visual content, and brand identity elements used by Tanushree Collection are the exclusive intellectual property of the brand. This includes but is not limited to:

Unauthorised Copying Prohibited — Screenshotting, screen-recording, downloading, or reposting our product images, branding, or promotional material for any commercial purpose — including resale, impersonation, or competing business use — is a direct violation of our intellectual property rights.
